What happens if one of my customers violates your TOS?
If one of your customers violates the TOS (Terms of Service), we will suspend that individual account (not the entire reseller account). We will then contact you and let you know why this account has been suspended and what to do to reinstate the account. Multiple TOS violations can however result in more severe protocols being executed. You should read our TOS for information on what is allowed and what isn't.
We recommend all users to constantly remind their customers of proper security. Remind your customers to change their passwords often, patch scripts regularly and refrain from using exploitable folder permissions.
