How long does it take for my account to be set up?

Web Hosting: 
If you've purchased web hosting, your account will be setup immediately after payment is received. Once setup is complete, you will receive an email with the IP address and login information. 

Reseller Hosting: 
If you've purchased reseller hosting, your account will be setup within 24 hours after payment is received. Once setup is complete, you will receive an email with the IP address and login information. 

Managed VPS Hosting: 
If you've purchased a Managed VPS, your VPS will be setup within 48 hours after payment is received. Once setup is complete, you will receive an email with the IP address and login information. 

Managed Dedicated Server: 
If you've purchased a Managed Dedicated Server, your server will be setup within 1 to 5 days after payment is received. Once setup is complete, you will receive an email with the IP address and login information. 

Domain Registration & Renewal:
If you've purchased a domain name registration/renewal, your domain will be registered/renewed within 24 hours after payment is received. Once your domain registration/renewal is complete, you will receive a confirmation via email. 

Domain Transfer:
If you've purchased a domain name transfer, your domain transfer will be initiated within 24 hours after payment is received. Once your domain transfer is complete, you will receive a confirmation via email. 

SSL Certificates:
If you've purchased a SSL Certificate, your configuration link will be sent to you immediately after payment is received. Your SSL Certificate will be issued to you via email after you have configured the certificate and received approval from the respective Certificate Authority (CA).

However, should your order be marked as fraud, it will take up to 1 business day for our staffs to manually audit and approve the order.
