What are your support hours?

Our Web Hosting Support, VPS Hosting Support and Dedicated Server Support departments are open 24x7x365. You will have to login to our client area in order to submit a ticket to our support departments.

For all other departments, we will respond to your tickets within 1 business day, although most tickets submitted to other departments are normally replied to within a few hours. Please avoid submitting non-technical support related tickets to the support department hoping for faster response as this will only cause delay in receiving a reply from us.

Please avoid submitting tickets in the wrong department as this may cause unnecessary delay in resolving your queries/issues.
